RETURN POLICY
Customer satisfaction is our priority. Unless stated otherwise, all items purchased on our website can be returned within 15 days of the purchase date.
STUFF & CIE offers the possibility of a refund for any item, provided it has not been damaged, stained, washed, altered, or used, and that all tags are still intact, the item is in its original packaging, and in its original condition.
If you wish to exchange an item, we will gladly issue a refund. However, we ask that you place a new order on our website for the desired item.
All merchandise from STUFF & CIE is rigorously inspected by our quality control team before shipment. If you have received a defective or damaged product, you must submit your request within 15 days from the date you received your package. After this period, no exchange or refund will be possible. The product must be returned in its original packaging and condition, including all tags. Simply contact us at: support@stuff-cie.com.
STUFF & CIE reserves the right to inspect the product before authorizing the refund.
We also reserve the right to refuse any refunds if the criteria for returns are not met.
Upon receiving the item, we will refund the value of the product, excluding the initial shipping fees.
Please note that sale items are final sale.
STUFF & CIE is not responsible for lost merchandise if the address provided is incorrect. Please ensure that you provide the correct address at checkout.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we have received your product, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 12 business days. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
